Diet
Herbivorous. Ivory Snails primarily feed on algae, biofilm, and decaying plant matter. They can also consume blanched vegetables, algae wafers, and other sinking foods.
Community Compatibility
Ivory Snails are peaceful and can be kept with a variety of freshwater fish, such as tetras, rasboras, and dwarf cichlids. They are also compatible with other snail species and shrimp. Avoid keeping them with aggressive or fin-nipping fish.
