Diet
Omnivorous. Freshwater Pom Pom Crabs feed on detritus, algae, and small food particles. They are excellent scavengers and will also accept sinking pellets and flakes.
Community Compatibility

Good to Know
Ensure that the tank is well-maintained and provides hiding spots and suitable water conditions. Freshwater Pom Pom Crabs may not be suitable for very aggressive or large tank mates, as they are small and may become prey.
