Diet
Omnivorous. Rabbit Snails are scavengers and will eat a variety of foods, including algae, detritus, and leftover fish food. They also appreciate vegetable-based foods like blanched vegetables and sinking algae wafers.
Community Compatibility
Rabbit Snails can be kept with peaceful community fish and other invertebrates. They are generally compatible with a wide range of fish species, such as tetras, rasboras, gouramis, and other non-aggressive fish. However, avoid keeping them with aggressive or fin-nipping species.
Gender Differences
Rabbit Snails have separate sexes, with males typically having a thinner and longer shell compared to females.
